Ordered a set of glasses as a Christmas gift. Only found one was chipped in the New Year. Customer service helped send out a replacement, despite my late notification and offered me various options. Exactly the sort of service you want from an online supplier. Would definitely use again as this is how you find out who looks after you when things go wrong.

Excellent customer service. They replaced a faulty seletti lamp I'd had for three months with a new one promptly in time for Xmas, very courteous service, prompt email replies, quick delivery, they use dpd, one of the better couriers.

Terrible experience - they will take your money, create the tracking label, and let you wait for weeks. Apparently, they ship things in cages do they can keep track of their products. Waste of time - do not even bother ordering something for xmas or birthday. It will take weeks or months to arrive. You have been warned.

Very good service overall. What they keep in stock is very decent, their deliveries are fast and they keep the customers updated along the way. I've ordered from them 3-4 times and all have went very smoothly.

Unprofessional, incompetent and a scum of a company. I returned an order for a refund which was confirmed per tracking as successfully delivered. Over two weeks of no refund and I contacted the company only to be met with a rather unprofessional and dismissive rep by the name of Michael stating return had not been received despite tracking with proof of delivery that this was delivered back to the company and verified GPS location!

Avoid this company!!!! Not customer focused and will do NOTHING when a problem arises!! Unprofessional and incompetent!

I Ordered a Zone Denmark A bookshelf unit which is just perfect for my requirements. Delivery was just as promised, next day……will definitely be ordering more from this company.

I ordered a duvet set which had been out of stock, I received an email as soon as it was back in stock and it was delivered two days later, an excellent company to deal with and very competitive prices.
I will certainly buy from them again.

Awful customer service. You pay a considerable amount for guaranteed next day delivery and when the courier fails to deliver they refuse to refund the charge. They even tried to say delivery was attempted when the courier was still 11 stops away!

I recently ordered a number of Christmas decorations in the Dotmaison post Christmas sale. Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of these decorations, one was very slightly damaged by the courier. I contacted the team at Dotmaison and found them to be not only willing to help and replace this decoration, but at the same time they were polite, courteous and efficient. This was a first time ordering with this company and I was very impressed and will definitely use them again.

I ordered a load of Sara Miller items before Xmas and one of the boxes had been opened (the seal was half attached), the duvet covered and had been opened and repacked and the plastic covering for the cushion was ripped, not great presentation for presents. I will not be buying from here again.

So glad I found this website and used it even though I’ve never heard of it before!
Will definitely shop on there again

So happy with the customer service ! Great selection of items and great service. Had an issue with the delivery and I called them , they went out of there way to call DPD and get a driver to come back, I thought that was impossible! They called me and were both friendly and efficient. I can not fault the service! But looking through the reviews the majority of any negative ones are regarding DPD whom are letting this great company down ! Thanks again for you help !
